Deprecated Methods

fedora.server.storage.lowlevel.FileSystemLowlevelStorage.getPermanentStore()
keep in place temporarily, so that code using it doesn't break awaiting change

fedora.server.management.FedoraAPIMBindingSOAPHTTPImpl.ingestObject(byte[], String)
This remains in Fedora 2.0 for backward compatibility. It assumes METS-Fedora as the ingest format. It will be removed in a future version. Replaced by FedoraAPIMBindingSOAPHTTPImpl.ingest(byte[], String, String)
